Introduction | Access Management

Manage your users, groups, and the permissions associated with each one.

📘

To manage users and groups, the user must have the Add users and groups permission.

Follow the principle of least privilege and grant module access only when the user's role actually requires it.

In User Management you can:​

  • Invite new users
  • Assign groups to users
  • Search and review user records
  • Check each user's status in Dadosfera
  • See the last login date
  • Manage assigned groups
  • Verify whether MFA is enabled
  • Edit user data
  • Remove users
  • Filter users by permission

In Group Management you can:​

  • Create a new group
  • Assign permissions to groups
  • Search and review groups
  • See the creation date
  • Check which users belong to the group
  • Edit groups
  • Remove groups
  • Filter groups by permission

📘 Managed Groups

Dadosfera ships with 6 managed groups that can be assigned directly to users:

  • Super Admin: full unrestricted access.
  • Data Admin: access to all resources except user management.
  • Data Assets Manager: access to all organizational data assets in the catalog.
  • Viewer: can view the pipeline list and access the catalog.
  • User Admin: focused on user management only.
  • Contact Support: can contact Dadosfera Support through chat.

📘 Is there a user limit?

Dadosfera does not impose a platform-wide user limit. Bulk creation is currently limited to 50 users per batch. For larger imports, contact support.
